Suggestion therapy is known as clinical hypnosis
This type of hypnotherapy session involves the use of psychology; positive suggestions; hypnosis and relaxation for treating minor problems, or for achieving short-term goals
I.A.P.H. Therapists are highly skilled in the application of suggestion therapy, which is also known as ‘Clinical Hypnosis’.
When someone is the hypnotic state, the subconscious mind is more open to any beneficial suggestions that will enable them to change negative behaviour or ‘bad’ habits to positive behaviour and ‘good’ habits.
So, during the hypnosis session, the Hypnotherapist will use carefully worded suggestions which have been specifically planned for each client, to treat the so-called minor or simple conditions that now abound in our stressful, everyday lives.
Suggestion therapy has a high success rate
It helps clients to become more confident; to stop smoking; to lose weight and to change their eating habits. It is also useful for issues such as pre-test nerves; nail biting; fear of making public presentations; for relaxation and also for fear of flying.
Normally only two to three sessions are required and clients are often amazed and surprised at how easy it is to change their unwanted habit.
Some clients may require a booster session at a later date and this rarely-needed session is offered at half the normal session price, if taken within three months of the original session.
